Day 99, It's Better Late Then Never.

Good evening my fine and reading friends. Merry Christmas to you all in a belated way. Of course Happy New Year to you too.

My 365 day journey is slowly narrowing down. We all get and got so caught up in the holiday rush. I know I did. We got snowed in and cabin fever death was right around the nearest snow ball. Glad that is over with. Glad the commercial side of our holiday purchases are over with. Wait, should I have said that? I guess it was okay for me to say since my book is SOLD OUT! I'm going out with a bang in 2009 and looking forward to winning in 2010! Join me.

During the Christmas break, I was able to get my new website under way. Check it out at your convenience, same address, www.splitpeasoup.me. It was a lot of fun to put together and the web host was and is so easy to work with. www.wix.com, very user friendly. I like easy.

My book review came out and I actually got to autograph copies of the newspaper article. It was so funny, I drove in snow this high and walked miles to get all the copies of the newspaper in the bin at the store. I was on a mission, no stopping me.

I'm tooting my own horn, like my niece taught me, I plugged in my book title on one book website and there are over a hundred copies being offered for sale in Illinois, Indiana, New Jersey, and the United Kingdom. Sweet!

Today, I scheduled my first book signing for 2010. It will be at the Edmond, OK Historical Society's Book Fair. My book is dedicated to my father, who was born and raised in Edmond. It's fitting, I have a book signing in a history museum. lol
