Hanging the stockings with care! Day 89

The stockings have been hung by the fire with care. Lots of care, of course there was a blazing fire to go along with them.  I have stockings hung for everyone in the family, human and animal. Everyone has been good this year, so Santa will not be leaving any chunks of goal for my family.

The Christmas spirit is seeping into my pores. I have my week mapped out for the particular shops to hit, what sales are going on and what discount coupons I have to use before they expire. Still working on saving some cash.

It helps to call ahead to a store that has invited to you set up your book display to see if they are opened. I left work early today to get to the store before they closed. I pull in and can see either the power is out or wait, they are not opened. That's okay, there is a Thrift Store next door which I always look for treasures in.  The store is opened Tuesdays to Saturdays, so tomorrow, I will leave work early again (darn), run the books and CD's display by then go and vote for what our city calls the Map project.

The tree is up, the stockcings are hung, the gifts are wrapped and now waiting for that special Christmas day.  If you want to purchase my book or CD, act now, and you should receive it for Christmas. I have to put in an order myself.

Have a teriffic Tuesday bloggers.
